Lindsay Snack and Go Olives
I am always looking for something to snack on that doesn't have a ton of carbs and I can just grab and go. Living a healthy lifestyle for the last few years is a bit rough when I want a quick snack, because typically the only options (unless you do snack and meal prep at the beginning of the week) aren't all that healthy. This seems to be especially true if you are off on a road trip.

I am known in my family for being a lover of olives. I will absolutely eat an entire jar and I don't care. I can't very well be toting around an entire jar of olives, though. I mean, I guess I can, but it's really not that practical. Lindsay Snack and Go Olives are perfect for me! The olives come in little containers with a pull back lid making these a quick and simple snack for, well, on the go! It's also a great option for lunch boxes now that school is starting up as well.
Lindsay Snack and Go Olives have no juice in them (no spills!), but they still manage to stay fresh and tasty. My personal favorite are the pimento stuffed manzanilla olives, but these also come in Kalamata pitted, sliced black packs as well as medium black pitted.
These little packs are shelf stable but they do need t be refrigerated once they are opened. However, let's be real, if you love olives like I do, there's no left overs once you open a pack. While they are perfect for those on Keto, low carb, Whole30, or any other type of diet, you really don't have to be on a diet to enjoy the fun of snacking on these.
